This is a remote position.
Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to assist us in establishing a strong presence in the Middle East region with a focus on enterprise-level clients. This position will be part of a new organizational structure, overseen by our Regional Director, and will operate in a start-up-like capacity, enabling agility to pivot quickly and adapt to market-specific needs. Build and maintain relationships with hotel brands/groups/chains, owners, and management companies to secure and expand our enterprise clientele.
Lead revenue growth initiatives by prospecting and acquiring new business. Take charge of the complex sales cycle and assume full ownership of deals, often with multiple stakeholders.
Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and consistently seek for new opportunities among our customers and qualified prospects.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, sales pitches and demos, to drive awareness and adoption of our solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and business growth.
Meeting with clients and prospects regularly across various locations to build strong business relationships and drive sales.
Significant professional experience with the hospitality industry within the Middle East region.
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably with enterprise-level accounts
Sales hunter-mentality with a proven track record of being able handle your own pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
Exceptional sales and negotiation prowess, evidenced by a history of successful closed deals.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the hospitality technology sector and the broader hospitality business landscape.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English.
