Job Title: Automation Analyst
Location:
Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Analyst to join our team and help manage and enhance these systems.

Position Overview:

The Automation Analyst will assist in building, monitoring, and troubleshooting automated workflows for clients. This role requires familiarity with Make.com and Airtable and a proactive approach to resolving issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the hiring manager to implement and maintain automation solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Building Automation Flows:

  • Use Make.com to create workflows based on designs provided by the hiring manager.
  • Collaborate to ensure workflows meet client requirements and function seamlessly.


Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

  • Monitor automated workflows for errors or failures.
  • Troubleshoot and fix errors promptly, implementing mitigations to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and propose solutions.


Client Support:

  • Provide support and insights to clients regarding the effectiveness of automation workflows.
  • Document workflows and updates to ensure transparency and ease of understanding.


Technical Documentation and Learning:

  • Maintain detailed records of workflows, changes, and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on Make.com and Airtable advancements to enhance capabilities.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Familiarity with Make.com (no-code automation platform) and Airtable (database and integration platform).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple workflows.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in automation or workflow management.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining successful workflows.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
