This is a remote position.

Job Description:

OP360 is seeking an Automation Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency through the implementation of automation solutions. The Automation Manager will lead a team of automation professionals to drive digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions on both internal and client-facing processes. Expertise in process automation and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the company's goals and client requirements.
Identify areas for automation and formulate a roadmap for its execution.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automation specialists, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver automation projects effectively.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.

Process Analysis:
Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed process documentation.

Automation Implementation:
Select and implement automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) to streamline processes.
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of automation solutions.
Continuously monitor and improve automated processes to meet or exceed client expectations.

Performance Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of automation initiatives.
Regularly report on the performance and benefits of automation to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure that all automated processes adhere to industry regulations and client-specific compliance requirements.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data processed by automation.

Vendor Relationships:
Manage relationships with automation software and technology vendors, evaluating and selecting suitable tools for projects.
