The Solution Delivery Manager oversees the Automation Factory, ensuring the successful delivery of production-ready digital solutions at a steady pace while accelerating time to market.

Scope of support

Manages and maintains the Automation Factory pipeline to ensure prioritized delivery of digital solutions
Oversees and coordinates daily factory operations to meet delivery targets and maintain execution momentum
Facilitates sprint planning and prioritization, removes delivery blockers, enforces Agile practices, and champions continuous improvement
Owns the delivery and acceptance of scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
Defines, maintains, and communicates the development roadmap to guide team efforts and stakeholder visibility
Manages change controls, escalations, and risks to minimize delivery disruption and maintain project integrity
Coordinates resource planning and cost management to optimize team capacity and budget utilization
Facilitates Technology, DIG, and OneTrust requests to support compliant and scalable digital solution development
Leads governance and communication efforts to ensure transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
Project Management certification or formal training (e.g., PMP, CSM)
5+ years managing complex, cross-functional technology projects
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Solid understanding of software development and digital solution delivery processes
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
