Your Role and Responsibility
  • Strategic ERP Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient ERP solutions. Use the best practices for ERP delivery, governance, and risk management.
  • Agile Delivery Leadership: Manage a squad comprising internal team members and vendor resources with tight cooperation in the mixed team with customer/partner. Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and ensure the consistent delivery of backlog items and ERP-related features. Ensure squad performance aligns with delivery milestones and organizational goals.
  • Technical Expertise & Solution Design: Ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical feasibility. Make sure that requirements are prioritised and split to “must have” and “optional” to ensure most efficient implementation. Drive ERP integrations, customizations, and migrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo and other systems).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Represent squad on managerial level and cross-team ceremonies. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to foster clear communication and effective problem-solving. Guide business owners in defining pragmatic, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or any related courses.
  • ERP Expertise: Proven experience in ERP systems (Odoo preferable), Oracle, SAP, or others. Understanding of finance, HR, CRM, procurement, and budgeting flows and their ERP implementations.
  • Agile Leadership: Hands-on experience in agile delivery frameworks, preferably in fintech or complex environments. Ability to manage multidisciplinary squads and vendor resources.
  • Managerial Acumen: Managerial experience in ERP implementations or similar roles. Strong skills in backlog management, team coaching, and performance tracking. Managing multinational team – business based in MENA region, other team members located in Europe, working remotely. 8-10 people within the team and 4 vendors involved.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data migrations, and custom ERP development. Knowledge of ERP architecture and best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services industries.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
  • Background in managing multi-vendor delivery teams.
  • Experience in ERP migration projects.
  • Understand IT SW development accounting.
  • Knowledge about integration ERP systems with Wallet type systems.
