Job description

We are seeking a talented IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team!

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our clients' IT environments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our diverse client base.

Compensation:

  • PHP 35,000 - 50,000/month
  • The more “hands-on” and relevant experience that you have, the higher the compensation level may be.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients (US) via phone/email/ticketing system
  • Strive for first call resolution by efficiently and effectively addressing client issues during initial contact, according to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft Cloud, Office Apps, Networks
  • Work collaboratively and learn from Senior Engineers
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years IT experience (MSP, Corporate IT, Consulting)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure
  • Ticketing System experience (ConnectWise, ServiceNow)
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Shift Schedule:

  • 4 days per week, 9:00am to 9:00pm
  • The specific working days and rest days will vary per week, which means that candidates must also be open to working during weekends.
  • During the training period, candidates must also be open to report during the evening shift.
