Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on software and hardware, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Educate customers on best practices and product features to optimize their experience.
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
