Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud ARCS Lead Consultant, you will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering innovative Oracle solutions. Leveraging your industry knowledge and technical expertise, you will help clients optimize their Oracle projects, streamline operations, and achieve their strategic objectives. Your day-to-day

• Provide domain, functional and technical expertise to effectively design and implement Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS);
• Communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM projects;
• Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle EPM;
• Guide clients through Oracle delivered functionality, advising on best practices;
• Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients;
• Work with peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;
• Work with and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience;
• 5 to 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Close applications or equivalent (Account Reconciliation Manager [ARM] and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service [ARCS], Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud [FCCS], Hyperion Financial Management [HFM], Financial reporting and Smart View, Blackline and Trintech);
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing the above products;
• Experience:
• with consolidated financial statements and foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations;
• leading small teams (2 to 4 people) and design sessions;
• creating requirements and design documents;
• creating a parallel testing strategy and approach;
• analyzing business requirements, writing functional specifications, testing and troubleshooting.
• Complete project lifecycle experience (account reconciliation compliance/transaction matching project);
• Understanding of Financial Close and related best practices;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project;
• Sound knowledge of ARM/ARCS with configuration experience;
• Proven ability to set up periods, organizational units, formats, custom attributes, rules, profiles, match types, sources, and attributes, as well as configuring auto-match rules for confirmed and suggested matches, and loading transactions.
