Als Cloud Consultant bij Crystal ICT ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons team van technologische experts. Je wordt uitgedaagd om op maat gemaakte Microsoft 365-oplossingen te ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren voor een diverse klantenkring. Van het optimaliseren van samenwerking via Teams tot het stroomlijnen van bedrijfsprocessen met SharePoint Online, jouw expertise zal bijdragen aan het succes van onze klanten.

wat ga je doen?
  • Jij bent betrokken vanaf de eerste klantgesprekken en maakt een ontwerp die voldoet aan hun wensen, uiteraard met onze best practices.
  • Zodra het ontwerp gereed is start je met de Cloud migratie en implementeer en configureer je de Microsoft 365- producten technologieën.
  • Je biedt als technisch aanspreekpunt ondersteuning en begeleiding en weet de juiste verwachtingen te scheppen aan zowel klanten als interne teams.
  • Het documenteren van oplossingen en procedures voor toekomstige referentie en trainingsdoeleinden.
  • Je werkt vooral samen met collega- consultants, systeembeheerders, projectmanagers en servicedeskmedewerkers.
  • Als team willen we groeien in onze kennis en visie, we zoeken iemand die enthousiast is over Cloud technieken zodat we samen tot nieuwe ideeën komen.
wat neem je mee?
  • Je hebt minimaal een HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365 (Endpoint Manager, Sharepoint,- Exchange Online en Microsoft Teams) en natuurlijk Azure.
  • Ervaring met on-premise infrastructuren gebaseerd op VMware, Microsoft en Citrix gezien klanten vaak zo'n omgeving hebben voordat jij ze verder helpt.
  • Je valt goed in de groep als je sociaal, communicatief, nieuwsgierig- en oké een tikkeltje eigenwijs bent.
  • Een rijbewijs gezien je niet alleen hybride of bij ons op kantoor-, maar ook met enige regelmaat bij de klanten een kop koffie drinkt.
  • Certificeringen zoals Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert zijn een pluspunt, kennis en ervaring zijn leidend.
