The Role:

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading an end-to-end recruitment process in EMEA with Focus on French market.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
• Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
• Facilitating the interview and selection process.
• Delivering excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
• Undertaking market mapping projects.

Skills & Experience:

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Fluency in English and French both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with the Hiring Managers. French market experience would be a benefit.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage external stakeholders.
• Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
• Excellent negotiations and influencing skills.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization where resilience and boldness are key success factors.
