JOB TITLE: US IT Recruiter

Job Type: Full-time, WFH/Remote

RATE: Php 297.62 per hour (Php 50k per month)

Working Hours: US Hours

Start Date: TBD

JOB OVERVIEW: 

  • We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based positions.

  • This role will focus on identifying top talent for various technical disciplines, utilizing recruitment tools like HireEz and LinkedIn, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles in the US, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

  • Leverage HireEz and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with qualified candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure they align with job requirements.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and timelines.

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proven experience in recruiting IT professionals for US-based roles (minimum of 3 years).

  • Strong understanding of the US IT job market and technical roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, system administrators, etc.).Proficient with recruitment tools like HireEz or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Full knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for both onshore and offshore IT roles.
