Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who will have the opportunity to lead our content and brand strategy, and develop high-quality content that resonates with our audience in the remittance industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, thought leadership articles, case studies, and more. You should possess a strong understanding of SEO, brand positioning and storytelling. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand identity.
  • Craft engaging content across formats, including blogs, newsletters, social media, website copy, and etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content for audience growth and engagement.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain a strong brand voice and ensure clarity and consistency in all communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content marketing practices.


 Specifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, strategy development and execution, preferably in a marketing role.
  • Exceptional SEO writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure content performance.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • A creative mindset paired with a marketer’s instinct for what drives growth and impact.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing content workflows and editorial calendars.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms is a plus.
