Job Description
NGRAVE, a leading self-custody solution provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketer to drive awareness of NGRAVE. In this role, you will own our social media channels, and plan and create content. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a measurable impact by growing our online presence.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our social media strategy and processes to establish a strong NGRAVE brand and significantly boost sales volumes in this market.



Responsibilities

You responsibilities are wide and cover the following domains

  • Content Creation:


    • Develop and produce engaging, high-quality social media content (short-form and long-form) using a smartphone, including videos, reels, and images.

    • Act as the on-screen talent for tutorials, product announcements, and community updates, showcasing an engaging and approachable persona.

    • Plan, shoot, and edit content independently, leveraging tools like Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar platforms.

  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

    • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

    • Respond to comments, direct messages, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Community Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our community by actively participating in conversations and fostering a welcoming environment.

    • Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand our reach.

    • Monitor and analyze community feedback to inform content strategies.

  • Strategy and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns and goals.

    • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in social media and content creation.

    • Track performance metrics and generate reports to measure engagement and reach.
