An Exciting Opportunity: Join Us as an Account Coordinator!

Are you ready to elevate your career with us at LeadVenture? We’re on the lookout for an Account Coordinator to play a vital role in our client support and project management efforts. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams. Your mission? To deliver exceptional service and drive results for our clients!

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Active Communication: Participate in all internal and external calls, taking detailed notes and staying engaged on camera.
  • Meeting Recaps: Send comprehensive meeting recaps, including action items and responsibilities.
  • Ticket Management: Place and manage digital support tickets and emails, keeping track of website support ticket progress and providing updates to clients and Account Directors.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal support teams (Web, Creative, Digital, Media, Social) to ensure timely project execution.
  • Audits: Conduct audits for websites, digital assets, and call tracking to maintain quality standards.
  • Campaign Management: Organize and maintain the campaign schedule and planner, and traffic creative materials for clients.
  • Creative Oversight: Proofread creative content and oversee its completion, managing email deployments with Firestorm, including small updates and list management.
  • Execution Support: Assist with build execution and planning decks, sharing responsibilities with team members.
  • Budget Management: Place budgets for projects and campaigns and provide out-of-office backup as needed.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in account coordination or a related field.
  • Are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and can simplify complex ideas.
  • Are a team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse internal teams.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
  • Are comfortable using digital ticketing systems and project management tools.

This position will be supporting our Dealer Car Search brand. Dealer Car Search provides automobile dealers with a multitude of Web Applications to help them manage their dealership more efficiently and profitably. Including but not limited to: Dealer Website Management, Internet Advertising Management, Integrated Lead Management, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Inventory Data Management, Inventory Syndication, Inventory Turn Management, Reputation Management, Call Tracking Management, as well as, Value Added Inventory Merchandising Products and Services.
