Collections Consultant | Accounting

Salary: 35,000 PHP- 45,000/ month

Job Description:

• Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Manage client reminders and all invoice-related communications.
• Address and resolve any invoice-related issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with clients to maintain positive relationships and streamline payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and account statuses.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile account discrepancies.
• Provide support on other accounting tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business courses.
• Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
• 2-3 years work experience in accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Background in accounting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Willing to work on Graveyard shift
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
