About the Position  

Neolytix is looking for an Inside sales professional who has extraordinary organization skills, has worked in a sales function and possesses extra ordinary customer service skills.   

  • This position requires a solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills.  

  • Ability to organize sales pipeline- prioritize leads and execute a consistent follow through on opportunities 

  • Native English fluency and neutral English accent is mandatory. 

  • B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare providers. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Outbound Campaigns using HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Definitive Healthcare  

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:  

  • Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry within the assigned region/ ICP. Use various sources, including databases, online research, and networking, to create a robust lead list. 

  • Identify select target accounts and target them for conversion by emailing, cold calling, Linkedin outreach 

  • Hit a Daily Calling, email and Linkedin Outreach target 

  • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers 

  • Client Engagement:  

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their business needs. 

  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase company services and solutions. 

  • Sales Pipeline Management 

  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information. 

  • Track and manage sales activities to ensure timely follow-ups and closure. 

  • Quota Achievement 

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

  • Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base. 

  • Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies. 

  • Coordinate with the account management and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sales. 

  • Market Analysis 

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in North America. 

  • Provide feedback to the management for improving sales strategies and service offerings. 

  • Prepare proposals and quotes and send them out to prospective clients 

  • Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets 

Who we are looking for? 

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Healthcare Provider / HCO space – working in the mid market/ Enterprise accounts. 

  • Selling in North American Markets is a must. 

  • Strong multi tasker and highly developed time management skills 

  • Familiar with HubSpot  

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex service offerings clearly and effectively. 

  • Sales acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions 

  • Cultural Competence: Awareness of North American business etiquette and cultural nuances. Ability to engage and build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. 

  • Working Hours – 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time 

Education 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred
