As a result of internal promotion, we have a new exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive to join our highly successful Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Executive is a dynamic sales professional focused on virtual selling, leveraging Eaton’s digital tools and CRM systems to achieve sales targets. This role, suited for a proactive business development professional, involves using data analytics to conduct virtual outbound prospecting/account management/customer meetings and, when necessary, on-site visits. This is an ideal development opportunity for an ambitious professional who is looking to develop their career with a market leading global power management company.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with existing customers and proactively pursue net new customers within an assigned portfolio and geographical territory.
- Develop an opportunity pipeline through prospecting and account development, to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand the customer needs, promote understanding of Eaton products/services, and align with the customer to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.
- Manage customer onboarding using sales ecosystems; maintain, manage and grow your assigned accounts, using Account Action Plans
- Follow a call cycle strategy to effectively achieve your sales metrics and account growth. Managing your customer data through Salesforce CRM, Power BI and territory/portfolio/account plans.
- Qualifying and converting inbound leads.
- Contribute to growth of the Eaton Partner Program through your assigned customer portfolio.
- Attend and participate in Eaton product and channel partner events.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a B2B, B2C or channel sales role is preferred.

Experience in virtual/remote selling/business development environment.

Selling at project level is an advantage.

Experience in electrical components sales is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
