About the Role:
As a Client Account & Revenue Excellence Specialist for AccessOne, you will work among a team of peers who are responsible for supporting AccessOne’s small- to medium-sized provider clients with a focus on client satisfaction, transparency, and consistent growth. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in process improvement, business development, and data analytics related to client performance.
As a Client Account & Revenue Excellence Specialist, you will:
- Train clients on online website functionalities and financial processes.
- Handle daily correspondence via phone, email, and live chat from client representatives.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Department to ensure the patient contact center receives ongoing training and updates on client service-level agreements.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Support AccessOne’s provider clients by managing multiple queues to resolve client needs such as funding issues, listing new client referrals, patient account investigation, and responding to inquiries regarding reporting/settlements.
- Generate reports and data analytics on items such as funding, recourse and recall amounts, and number of listed charges.
- Document and resolve various account requests such as client/guarantor inquiries, account record changes, and financial processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues; communicating and escalating issues as needed.
- Support the development and testing of any new reporting or products.
- Access multiple provider billing systems for verification purposes and flag accounts for automatic transfer.
- Perform other tasks or projects as needed or assigned.

- 1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing role resolving complex challenges in partnership with cross-functional teams
