Position: Manager – Partner Relations (Payouts)
Type: 1-Year Contract Leading to Permanent Contract (Remote / Work from Home).
Location: Philippines
Reports to: Executive Head - Business
Key Responsibilities
Partner Collaboration & Relationship Management• Collaborate with payout partners to enhance service delivery and ensure pricing competitiveness.
• Focus on partner satisfaction and foster long-term collaborative relationships.
• Negotiate favourable terms to expand payout networks and enhance market penetration through new partnerships, products, or services based on market analysis.
Cross-Functional Coordination• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize services and promptly resolve partner issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute campaigns that increase customer engagement and support growth initiatives.
• Monitor service delivery and address operational challenges efficiently.
Strategy & Market Analysis
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and develop innovative business/product/service strategies.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and propose solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
Campaign Management & Evaluation• Oversee the execution of campaigns (in coordination with marketing/partners) to boost growth initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns, generating insights to optimize strategies for future campaigns.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring• Manage operational escalations and implement measures to improve partner's service performance.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports, summarizing key metrics and improvement opportunities.
Educational Background
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualifications & Skills• Proven experience in partner management, service optimization, and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for fostering partnerships and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to develop and present actionable performance reports.
