JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to oversee online communities, engage with users, and build strong relationships. You’ll develop strategies, organise online events, and ensure a positive, engaging environment while representing brand voice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and engage online communities (Reddit, Discord, forum)
Create and execute community growth initiatives
Host virtual events to foster deeper engagement and connection within the community
Interact with community members through posts, comments, and direct messaging to keep conversations lively
Monitor feedback and maintain a positive environment
Collect valuable community insights to drive improvements in our products and services

YOUR PROFILE:

Experience in community or social media management with a focus on engagement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with community management tools and analytics to track success
Creative and self-driven, with a passion for growing communities
Proven experience in the US market with an understanding of its unique dynamics and trends
Passion for VR technology

Previous involvement in VR-focused communities or projects
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
