What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive the German-speaking OKX social calendar, manage and grow our social media channels, among others X, Tik Tok, and Meta.
  • Actively monitor and moderate our forums (mostly Telegram), keeping conversations active by engaging and supporting the community
  • Organize online as well as IRL events, collaborating with internal teams to build a truly unique community for our users. Conduct AMAs as well as product and service surveys.
  • Track crypto trends, gather insights, and explore new platforms to shape how OKX connects with its community. Provide insights on market trends, memes, and crypto culture while collecting community feedback to help shape our strategies.
  • Source KOL and affiliate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings to the community and to reach measurable value.

 

What We Look For In You 
  • Relevant experience in community management and/or customer support
  • Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram, ideally focused on vertical video)
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and German
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures
  • Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
Nice to Haves
  • Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
  • Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
  • Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto space
