| About This Role

Job Purpose
Since its official release in October 2019, Autify has been widely used by numerous clients, and our client base continues to grow globally. Beyond Japan, we have focused on the US and Europe, and as our next move, we are now expanding our footprint to South Korea through local partnerships.

As our second hire in Korea, you will be instrumental in driving market entry and growth. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, onboarding customers, and empowering channel partners to achieve sales success. Your expertise in test automation, collaboration with SI partners, and technical solution selling will be essential for addressing the unique needs of the Korean market. Additionally, you will work closely with our global team to shape the go-to-market strategy and deliver maximum value to Korean customers.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to take ownership of an exciting growth opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and contract negotiations, while delivering compelling presentations to technical and business audiences.
  • Leverage experience in technical solutions to align with customer requirements, consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Regularly visit client sites to establish strong relationships and better understand customer needs, collaborating with strategic partner SI to drive joint opportunities and implementation success.
  • Enhance the sales performance of our strategic partner SI by providing training, resources, and support to enable their team to successfully sell and implement our solutions.
  • Identify and address joint sales opportunities to maximize revenue through the partnership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by collaborating with the Customer Success team to support onboarding and retention.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform product and strategy improvements.
  • Align with local team members in Korea on projects, customer needs, and strategic goals while coordinating with global sales, marketing, and product teams on strategy and messaging.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights, contributing to localized marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts in the Korean market utilizing your own network, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads while understanding customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or IT solution sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven success in partnering with System Integrators or similar collaborators to achieve business objectives.
  • Expertise in prospecting and managing pipelines effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.

  • Prior experience selling to engineering teams or technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software testing or automation tools/solutions, including experience with implementation or support.
