Technical writter

This is a remote position.

Scope of Responsibilities:

· Develop Content ranging from user guides, how-to articles, technical reference (API), concepts, case studies white paper, training material, and help in curation of training videos           

· As part of the solution team, you will work closely with the platform team to document new features & improve existing content

· Conceptualize, plan, develop, and write high-quality content

· Identify opportunities to improve quality, usability, and productivity

· Gain an in-depth understanding of customer asks through internal/external connects to drive innovative content development and delivery methods

Skills Required:

· Prior experience as a technical writer for a technical, automation software solution

· Excellent command of the English language both in written & verbal formats

· Quick learner and extraordinary attention to detail

· Ability to learn about new technology, and tools quickly

· Basic knowledge of Software Development Processes, SaaS and cloud
