Job Overview

The core role will be responsible for uploading content through CRM tools and managing email marketing platforms.

The role involves invoicing clients, analysing social media performance using tools like Sprout Social and Hootesuite, creating reports, handling documentation, and collaborating with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Team Collaboration

  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, updates, and upcoming tasks on Monday.com.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule monthly social posts across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) or other third-party scheduling tools.
  • Respond to comments and messages, engaging with followers in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Client Reporting & Invoicing

  • Prepare monthly reports for clients, showcasing social media performance and other relevant KPIs.
  • Manage client invoicing, ensuring timely, accurate billing and tracking of payments.
  • Reconcile accounts daily to maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure accuracy.

Content & Website Management

  • Create and publish landing pages as needed, embedding forms to capture leads and support campaign efforts.
  • Upload and format blogs, ensuring they are SEO-optimised and published accurately on the website.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Collaborate with the team to document and systemize key processes, such as client onboarding, to enhance operational efficiency and ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience is required.
  • The candidate must be active and passionate about social media.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or the advertising industry is preferred, but candidates from other industries will be considered for the right fit.
  • Experience with the following tools is preferred but not required: Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, WordPress, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated a sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to be a team player.
