Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Virtual Assistant to work from the comfort of your home in Greece! This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting clients with their administrative needs while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing various administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and project support. If you possess excellent attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple priorities, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage client schedules and appointments with accuracy.
  • Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in German & English.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports according to client needs.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation efficiently.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as directed by clients.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with various software tools for task and communication management.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a home office setting.
