Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the Education team. In this role, you will lead acquisition marketing efforts for brightwheel’s education product, Experience Curriculum. You have a proven track record of successfully executing acquisition marketing campaigns in fast-moving business environments. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that align with company goals and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs. You are adept at using data to draw out insights and continuously improve acquisition strategies to maximize leads and leads-to-closed won conversion. You are an outstanding communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through collaboration and innovation. And of course, you are passionate about Early Childhood Education!
What You'll Do Develop and execute cross-channel acquisition plans: Create acquisition marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals. Leverage channels including paid marketing, email, owned and operated, and offline.Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience; identify customer segmentation opportunities to drive targeted messaging for unique customer needs. Drive continuous learnings: Identify opportunities for insight generation through a/b testing roadmaps; continuously refine acquisition approach based upon learnings. Lead cross-functional team collaboration: Work closely with central Marketing, Design, Sales, CS Ops, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment.Track and Measure Success: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts.Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field4+ years demand generation and integrated marketing experienceProven experience managing cross channel marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and high-quality executionOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience partnering with sales and product teamsHighly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneouslyEntrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environmentMetrics driven and have the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data and make recommendations for continuous improvement A creative problem solver, adept at removing obstacles and finding solutions to key business challengesExceptional stakeholder and project management skills, effectively influencing and managing expectations with senior management and cross-functional teamsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisionsExperience with data visualization and dash boarding tools such as Tableau a plus Brightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
