Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Rate: PHP 178.57 per hour

Work Type

  • Part-time (10-15 hrs/week)

  • Remote/WFH

Working Hours: 

  • 10-15 hours per week to start

  • Possible transition to a full-time role in 2-3 months

  • TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong outbound calling and Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media accounts, develop campaigns, and create engaging content to grow our online presence.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facebook Page Setup:

    • Create and set up a new Facebook page tailored to the client's brand and content. (Have a Facebook Page set up already - can review together)

    • Optimize the page for engagement and visibility within the target demographic.


  • Targeted Advertising:

    • Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns on Constant Contact, Facebook and Linked In to reach parents and kids in specific zip code markets.

    • Utilize audience segmentation and other tools to maximize the effectiveness of ad campaigns.

    • Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns on Constant Contact, Facebook and Linked In to reach business prospects in specific zip code markets.


  • Ad Management Training:

    • Provide hands-on training to the client on managing and optimizing Facebook, Google and other ad platforms.

    • Offer guidance on analyzing ad performance and making data-driven decisions.


  • Exploration of Instagram and TikTok:

    • Discuss and explore opportunities for leveraging Instagram, Linked In, Google Ads, X and TikTok to expand reach.

    • Develop strategies for content creation and advertising on these platforms.


  • Project Deal:

    • Collaborate with the client to understand the project's goals and objectives. Review qualified plan documents and benefit flyers, etc. to gain a thorough understanding of the qualified plan that is being offered to students and parents. Gain an understanding of the reasoning and impact that would interest business prospects to participate in order to maximize company performance based on plan retention results

    • Offer strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the impact of the social media marketing efforts.


  • Outbound calling:

    • Perform outbound calls to leads and have them enroll in the program.

    • Perform outbound calls to business leads and set appointments to review the program.


  • Potentially, help the client manage company web pages - article posts, picture posts, data posts, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in setting up and managing successful Facebook pages and ad campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.

  • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok marketing strategies.

  • Must have strong Excel and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and guide clients effectively.

  • Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines
