As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth within the North American market, helping bring our mission of accessible coaching to life. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex sales cycles and drive long-term, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Take ownership of a defined territory of accounts, working with your SDR (Sales Development Representative) to generate interest and adoption of CoachHub. Lead the entire sales process, closing multi-year, six-figure deals.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to creatively support client needs and adoption. Provide strategic insights and resources to optimize client success.
Sales Execution: Engage in all sales activities, including calls, social media engagement, web demos, on-site meetings, negotiations, and presentations, to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Client Support: Serve as a trusted consultant to your clients, delivering exceptional customer service in partnership with your Customer Success Representative.
Networking: Represent CoachHub at industry events to expand your professional network and promote the company.
Pipeline Management: Accurately manage your customer pipeline, interactions, forecasting, and opportunities.
Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Your Profile
Experience: 5+ years in sales, including 3-5 years in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing complex deals valued at over $100K.
Drive & Agility: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and meeting high expectations.
Storytelling & Data: Ability to engage clients on a personal level while leveraging data-driven insights to sell effectively.
SaaS & HR Tech Experience: Experience in SaaS sales is required, with a background in HR Tech highly preferred.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity, and curiosity, along with a proven record of success.
Pipeline Development: Ability to prospect and build your own pipeline independently.
Excellent Communication: Determined, motivated, articulate, and diplomatic, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to evolving landscapes and shifting priorities.
Team Collaboration: Enjoy working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and bring a personable, enjoyable attitude.
Travel: Willing to travel within the North American region for client and team meetings (up to 20%).
