With a great initial team in place, this is a player-coach role that requires a hands-on approach, including direct involvement in sourcing, screening, and scheduling, in addition to building a team. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives while carving out a standout employer brand in the highly competitive tech market. What you will do

• Develop and Lead a Strategic Recruitment Function:
• Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team capable of supporting Zafran’s growth objectives.
• Design and implement recruitment processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

• Hands-On Player-Coach Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing scheduling for key positions, especially during high-priority hiring cycles.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating excellence in individual contributions while fostering a culture of high performance within the recruitment team.

• Drive Employer Branding and Talent Marketing:
• Establish and promote Zafran as an employer of choice, leveraging compelling branding strategies and candidate experiences to attract top talent.

• Provide interview training and best practices for hiring managers to improve the overall hiring process.

• Focus on Metrics and Data-Driven Decisions:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in talent acquisition.
• Leverage data to optimize strategies, improve candidate pipelines, and provide actionable insights.

• Champion Culture and Values:
• Ensure recruitment efforts reflect Zafran’s core values and culture, with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Proven Strategic Leadership in High-Growth Environments:
• Extensive experience leading talent acquisition in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with sustained tenure at cybersecurity startups known for their strong GTM functions.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding, while managing competing priorities effectively.

• Collaboration with Business Leadership:
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to align hiring initiatives with business objectives, provide interview training, and improve hiring processes.

• Expertise in Employer Branding:
• Proven success in creating and executing strategies to position organizations as employers of choice in competitive markets.

• Hands-On Leadership with Analytical Expertise:
