Job description

What You'll Do...

Join our Finance team to provide actionable financial insights (e.g., ROI) that drive marketing effectiveness, optimize campaign economics, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication of complex data insights.

Day to day, you'll..


  • Model marketing performance relative to investments and make investment recommendations that optimize financial performance
  • Develop and implement data-driven financial marketing forecasts and variance analyses
  • Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports regarding marketing’s contribution to revenue and earnings
  • Analyze marketing data to improve ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to optimize financial results.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage marketing analytics tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in financial marketing investment, performance, and analytics.

What You'll Bring To The Team...


  • Bachelor's required, Master's preferred in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years in marketing performance analytics or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis and financial modeling.
