Who you are:
As a Recruiter at Hometap, you will play a crucial role in our growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, and perform all recruiting tasks from sourcing to offer. You’ll use your expertise to bring high performing talent to Hometap, balancing a focus on candidate experience with trusted stakeholder relationships. As the first point of contact for candidates, you’ll speak knowledgeably and enthusiastically about Hometap’s mission, culture, and ambition to attract the best-fit candidates for Hometap’s roles.
