A leader in customer experience solutions is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you ll help some of the world s most recognizable brands improve customer, employee, digital, and contact center experiences. Your work will include developing actionable strategies, conducting research, analyzing data, and leading workshops to deliver results-driven solutions. Customer Experience Consultant Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies tailored to client needs
  • Conduct and analyze customer data, primary/secondary research, and assessments of current state processes
  • Facilitate client workshops to identify gaps, define challenges, and shape future-state visions
  • Lead journey mapping workshops to improve customer interactions across all channels
  • Create actionable roadmaps and strategies to enhance customer experience maturity
  • Establish and measure CX success metrics and KPIs with clients
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations and deliverables aligned with project goals
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and grow their confidence in CX solutions
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment

Customer Experience Consultant Requirements

  • 3+ years in management or strategy consulting or a related field
  • 2+ years working in customer experience with proven capability in developing strategies and actionable plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and Voice of the Customer/Experience Management technologies
  • Exceptional client-facing, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor s or master s degree
  • Certifications like PMP or CXPP is a plus
