Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. User Experience Designer to join their diverse team.

As a Sr. User Experience Designer, you will be part of a team of eight, supporting the design needs of acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives, as well as the mobile app - all of which are top priorities for our client. The primary goal of this role is to increase our client's design capacity to support their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate independently, breaking down business problems and engaging partners in solution delivery
  • Deliver clear design directions, considering the full lens of the user journey
  • Collaborate effectively with UX Research and UX Writing teams to deliver comprehensive projects
  • Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, inclusion, and equity


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in user experience design and strategy
  • Proficiency in Agile practices


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and After Effects
  • Experience in interaction design
  • Experience in specialty retail
