Job Title: AI Engineer/Architect
Duration: 12 months contract (possible to covert)
Location: REMOTE (eastern time)
Required Pay Scale: $100

Seeking a skilled AI Architect/Engineer to lead AI/ML innovation in the finance domain. This role focuses on designing scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in AI/ML development (RAG, PyTorch, TensorFlow, GenAI), and a deep understanding of financial systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ YEARS in IT
- MINIUMUM 5+ years in AI/ML
- RAG, PyTorch, TensorFlow, AND GenAI

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
Drive hands-on development using cutting-edge AI/ML tools and vector databases.
Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Mentor team members and support growth initiatives.
Stay current with AI trends to deploy innovative solutions in production.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in AI architecture and financial systems.
Strong communication skills to present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Track record of scaling AI proof-of-concepts into enterprise solutions.
