CFO Hub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and consulting, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert HR consulting services to clients on a wide range of human resources topics, including but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, HR compliance, and organizational development.
Conduct comprehensive HR assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions to address client needs.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Advise clients on best practices for managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for client employees and managers on HR-related topics.
Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide up-to-date guidance and recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management and consulting roles, preferably with experience working with clients in diverse industries.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
