Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM systems, track expenses, oversee invoices, and implement cost-saving measures.
Assist the Founder with emails, LinkedIn communications, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Organize events and manage client gifting programs.
Support team productivity and potentially oversee office management as the company grows.
Refine CVs, contribute to hiring processes, and enhance operational systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
7-10 years experience in operations or similar roles, ideally in growth-stage companies.
Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and office software.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Bachelors degree is desirable but not mandatory.
