What you'll accomplish:

  • Grow Gelato's revenue
  • Lead, develop and grow the Business Development & Sales team of Gelato
  • Be responsible for the growth of the multitude of Gelato Services, from our Rollup as a Service Platform, to our Web3 Services such as Web3 Functions, Account Abstraction, Relay & VRF
  • Use your network and work with our partners to scan the market for new customer opportunities and spearhead the business development process from lead generation to the close
  • Create partnerships with strategic impact
  • Own the most important BD opportunities and close the most exciting leads on the market
  • Travel to the most important Web3 conferences around the world to lead the team to find new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in web3
  • At least six years of working in BD & Sales
  • At least two years of experience in managing BD & Sales teams in tech startups
  • Very good understanding about web3 tech, preferably web3 infrastructure solutions
  • Understanding the current rollup ecosystem in-depth
  • Experience using Hubspot
  • Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your revenue goals
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and having ambitious targets
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality
