Sr. Service Sales Specialist

Cambridge (UK), United Kingdom - Remote

Service Sales responsibilities are:

  • Developing market share for core services, securing existing customers and re-acquiring former customers.

  • Maintaining business reports and prospect lists in existing systems

  • Preparation of quotations

  • Active involvement in lead generation

  • Interface with service leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to resolve customer issues.

  • Collaborate with:  

    • Inside sales team.

    • Management

    • Service

    • Sales Department

    • Contract department

    • Customer Service

    • Product lines Support centers

Basic qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or higher.
  • Proven sales skills
  • Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and Service Max a Plus)
  • Native language in English
  • Aditional language knowledeges like French, in oral and written form, can be a plus
