More about the role

  • Responsible for the sales target  & account management of consumer channel in responsible area 

  • Deploy channel strategy / policy and business model & WoW in responsible area

  • Develop & deploy process improvements & channel programs to achieve channel KPI  in terms of coverage, distribution, merchandising , retail management & dealer capability  improvement etc.

  • Develop/maintain strong relationship with key dealers, key accounts and retailers

  • Responsible for improving sales competency in target area

  • Overdue and collection management 

  • Competitive information collection & reporting
