Job Title: Account Manager - UK Based
Location: Fully Remote (CST Timezone)
Salary Range: £2,300 - £3,000 per month

Remote position. Must have equipment available.

UK-born or long-term UK residents only

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM CST

Step into the role of Account Manager and partner with our CEO to lead and execute critical aspects of our real estate operations. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a versatile environment, blending transactional tasks with strategic oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Real Estate Portfolio Management: Facilitate the acquisition, leasing, and management of properties in our portfolio.
  • Client & Investor Relations: Build and maintain effective communication with investors and clients, ensuring trust and transparency.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek and implement workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Make well-informed decisions that support the company's objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain clear documentation for processes and decisions to promote knowledge-sharing and operational clarity.

Requirements:

  • Adaptability: Ability to efficiently shift between diverse tasks and adjust to evolving priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all responsibilities.
