Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mortgages

Hybrid Remote - within the UK

£25,000 - £35,000 DOE + uncapped commission + benefits

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be tasked with:
  • Craft compelling job adverts aligned with client messaging to attract top talent.
  • Conduct proactive headhunting through diverse methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify the best candidates.
  • Execute thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for financial sector roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of recruitment campaigns, refining strategies for success.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to implement best practices and align recruitment strategies with overarching business goals.


Requirements


About You

  • A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in talent acquisition within the finance and mortgage sectors, ideally as a 360-recruitment consultant.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines effectively to meet client needs.
  • Strong background in data analytics to measure and report recruitment campaign success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology, including ATS and headhunting tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies and commercial awareness.
  • Proven track record of successful billing and placements.
