About the job:
Reporting to Recruiting Coordinator, the TA Analyst will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, handling multiple positions simultaneously across different areas. This role is essential to support the company’s operational growth by ensuring the fast and effective hiring of large numbers of employees. We are looking for individuals with prior experience in high-volume recruitment who possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Recruitment: Manage a large number of recruitment processes simultaneously, focusing on operational and entry-level positions.
- End-to-End Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment throughout the process.
- Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline status, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
