Job Description

Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Auditors in LATAM and U.S.
  • Ensure a full pipeline of candidates through the publication of roles, both internally and externally, and ensure a smooth process for all managers and candidates;
  • Identify new sourcing channels to support of the various pipelines and talent needs across the company;
  • Actively drive all sourcing channels, including employee referrals, optimization of vendors, campus and Universities hiring, etc;
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of new comers and follow-up with them regularly on their career development needs.
  • Maintain the HR system database: registration of new employees, internal mobility, exit process.
  • Administrative support: manage the employment contracts and supervise the payroll roll-out process for one of our group legal entity.
  • Drive employee engagement projects.

Qualifications

It could be you, if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Labour Law or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is a MUST.
  • A first successful experience in a generalist HR or Recruitment function (either internship or full-time job).
  • Have an approachable personal style and effective problem analysis skills;
  • A strong motivation to achieve high targets and handle pressure in a fast-paced working environment;
