Are you passionate about Customer Service and Digital Industry? Do you have exceptional communication skills in Dutch? This is your chance to kickstart or elevate your career by working as a Customer Specialist for one of the most renowned global companies in Braga, totally Remote!

What Youll Do:

Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to truobleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying update on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
