Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive with 3-5 years of proven success in client pitching and onboarding. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects & clients, understanding their needs, and effectively onboarding them onto our platform. Fluency in English is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services and addressing their specific needs and pain points.
Contact prospective clients through cold calls, email, or any other media communication to introduce our services and identify potential opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
Prepare and present tailored solutions or proposals to clients, showcasing how our products or services can meet their needs and deliver tangible benefits.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform our client engagement strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success in client pitching and onboarding.
Fluent in English, (min. C2 level of English competency)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
