Job Summary
The SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Consultant is responsible for leveraging SAP Signavio's process intelligence capabilities to analyze, monitor, and improve business processes. The role requires expertise in process mining, data analysis, and the use of SAP Signavio tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis using process mining techniques to uncover hidden issues.
Configure and customize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Integrate SAP Signavio with other ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless data flow.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for process mining. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and process owners to understand requirements and define use cases.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure processes align with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOX).
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Skills
• Proficiency in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Manager, and related tools. • Strong understanding of process modeling standards, such as BPMN 2.0.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Certifications
• SAP Signavio Certification.
• BPMN 2.0 Certification.
• SAP S/4HANA or other SAP module certifications.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is a plus.
