Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Partnership Compliance Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for document work around between the Team and other Departments as well as between our Company and our Partners
  • Proof-reading the documents before sending it for signing
  • Sending the documents for signing
  • Preparing KYC documents, filling in the KYC forms with the relevant information and sending it to the Partners upon the request
  • Providing legal advice on the contracts with the Partners and help to find the exact paragraph wording, legal assistance during the talks with the Partners
  • Participating in the Talks with the Partners/Clients regarding Company Structure, KYC documents, disputes with the contract etc. 
  • Analysing the market, search for 'peculiar' details that might help to bargain better deals with the third party or enhance the position of the company in other aspects
  • Participating in the process of forming the concept of product development
Requirements:
  • English Upper-Intermediate 
  • Russian level: close to native level
  • Analytical thinking 
  • Experience in sales or account management will be a plus 
  • Experience as a lawyer will be a plus 
  • Education in Law Sciences will be a plus
  • Negotiation experience will be a plus 
  • Experience in tough talks, bargaining, closing the deals successful will be a plus 
  • Ability to persuade the people will be a plus 
  • Ability to create friendly and relax atmosphere during talks while getting to the point and achieving your interest
