Your mission
You will become part of our Events and Offline Partnerships Team — specialized in offline partnerships. This team manages sevdesk's brand partners, including those in our ecosystem as well as strategic brand partnerships. Your role will be to build an entirely new area with us, where we engage consultants (startup and digital transformation consultants), industry-relevant associations, and chambers to win them over for sevdesk and inspire small business owners to use our solution.

Here's how you'll make an impact:
  • You will develop and drive the creation of our sevdesk Offline Partnerships Program.
  • You will implement program components designed to convince consultants and institutions to partner with sevdesk. You will incorporate feedback to continuously enhance the program.
  • You develop partner initiatives to increase visibility and interaction with the sevdesk brand and implement them.
  • You will acquire and onboard our partners, acting as their key contact. In doing so, you will execute both digital marketing measures and direct sales approaches.
  • You will work continuously to efficiently win new partners, maintain partnerships, and collaborate with them on projects targeted at our audience. For project implementation, you will closely coordinate with cross-functional teams.



Your Qualification:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in partner management or sales and know how to convince potential partners of a SaaS solution.
  • You have solid experience in digital and offline partner management, designing seamless analog and digital partner journeys, including follow-up support, with the goal of creating optimal outcomes for both sides.
  • You are highly motivated and not afraid to delve into new topics. Instead of waiting for processes, you create them yourself. In personal interactions, you are highly persuasive.
  • You possess extensive practical knowledge in the use of common tools and methods in the fields of CRM, marketing, and tracking. Furthermore, you are structured, and your analytical thinking and confident handling of data allow you to always stay on top of your key metrics.
  • You possess excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (C1), both written and spoken.
