Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. 

Incumbent's responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. 

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Cover full-cycle recruitment (compiling job descriptions; advertising; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; qualifying and assessing candidates using different evaluation methods). 

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates. 

  • Prepare on-boarding activities for People Business Partners. 

  • Support and train the hiring managers in the recruitment process. 

  • Being proactively involved with development projects for improving recruitment (assessment process, ATS, etc.). 

  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and activities, working closely with marketing and the rest of the people department (campaigns, marketing channels, etc.). 

 

Job Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of end to end recruitment life-cycle (at least 2 years of experience in recruitment). 

  • Exposure to global markets (MENA Preffered) 

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, and candidate management systems (ATS). 

  • You are curious not only about people but also about their motivation and their fit into our agile and fast-paced company culture. 

  • You are more of a doer than a talker – you want to deliver results. 

  • You feel confident in negotiations and getting to know the core reason 

 

Educational Qualification

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field 

 Previous Work Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role 

  • Experience in a high volume recruitment agency 

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks  

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
