We are seeking a Global Head of Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts across the world. You will drive the recruitment strategy and oversee a global team dedicated to finding exceptional talent that supports Virtasant’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead  a high-performing talent acquisition team that delivers on hiring goals, sourcing top talent at the right pace to support business growth.   Managing the team successfully is the most important part of this role.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top global talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress against hiring goals and metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment processes and implement automation where possible.  Manage our recruitment technology (ATS), ensuring tools are being efficiently utilized.
  • Recruit and hire for key leadership positions in the organization. Work with our CEO and executive team members to design, implement, and monitor the strategy for these roles. 
  • Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Ensure that our talent pipeline is highly diverse and that we attract candidates from a wide range of geographies, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a significant portion in a technology consulting or services  organizations
  • 2+ years leading recruiting teams with a track record of success
  • Demonstrated passion and ability for leading, motivating, and coaching teams of ICs
  • Willingness and ability to be a working member of the team, proactive in solving problems and tackling issues.
  • Experience using data to guide recruitment decisions with a strong understanding of frameworks like OKRs to track team success.
  • Experience designing recruitment processes, systems (ATS), and reporting with a focus on using automation for efficiency and scale.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to influence and work collaboratively with partners across the organization, including senior leadership.
  • A focus and commitment to building diverse teams
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience recruiting globally across all major continents is a plus
